Hello to my friends and family. There is so much going on around us right now that is so negative, that I can’t put all of it into words.
Well, I’ve decided to look at some of the good things instead – some gifts that God gives us each day that kind of get lost in all the mess we face each day.
In the book of James 1:17 – it says “Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights with whom there is no variation or shadow due to change”.
So each day I’ve decided to spend time focusing and being grateful for at least one thing and share it with you. Simple or big…doesn’t matter, because every good gift is from God and I thought I should remember my manners and send God a Thank You Note.
So today, I’d like to send a note to God and say:
THANK YOU GOD FOR ALL OF THE AMAZING PEOPLE YOU HAVE PUT IN MY LIFE.
Each of you is a gift from heaven just for me. I treasure each and every one of you and probably don’t say that I love you enough. Love I know is a very strong word but it’s how I feel.
Whether you are someone I only see at church, if you are a life long friend, someone I’ve met on this site or part of my family, doesn’t matter. You each contribute to making me who I am and hopefully I am becoming the person God wants me to be.
For all your kindness, encouragement, thoughtfulness, patience, forgiveness, understanding, guidance and all of your unfailing love…Thank You.
Especially during these MONTHS of social distancing, I miss ALL OF YOU DESPERATELY – your hugs especially and being able to see your smiles and hear your laughter that are now hidden and muffled behind masks.
Thank You God for blessing me with such an amazing family and the awesome group of people I am proud and grateful to call friend.
I appreciate all of you for being a part of my life journey. You are each a blessing and I am forever grateful.
